They moved to Manchester just a little over one year ago, from Asheville, North Carolina where they were involved in their local food co-op. They joined MFC and wanted us to send you this message:
"Food Cooperatives bring vitality to a downtown that is unique from a bar or a restaurant. Co-ops are spontaneous community gathering spaces. When we shop and volunteer at a co-op that we are members of, we are keeping money within the town that we live in, we are maintaining a healthy diet, and fostering friendships with people in our community."
