As food conscious and community-minded folks, we thought members and supporters of the Manchester Food Co-op might like to know of a simple way to help the NH Food Bank which supports our neighbors right here in NH.

The NH Food Bank is a finalist in Toyota's 100 Cars for Good campaign which is giving away 100 cars to non-profit organizations across the country. If they win, the car would be used for the NH Food Bank production garden program which grows its own vegetables and herbs needs a car to transport tools, volunteers, and harvested produce from the garden sites back to their warehouse. With this vehicle, the garden could produce thousands more pounds each year to help feed the hungry in NH.
